Easter Tea


Sandwiches: Ham; Cucumber; and Radish
Deviled Eggs
Scones with homemade Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream
French Frangipane Tart with Berries
Irish Afternoon Tea

Every year since Cheerleader was born, we have celebrated Easter with a fancy tea. Some years fancier than others - One year the girls wore their swim suits with rubber boots (the weather was very uncertain that day.)

This year the gluten-free scones came out PERFECT!
I wish I knew why.
Then maybe I could do it again.

The tart was really nice also.

Nice berries.
